INCYLENCE is a Hamburg-based sport brand founded in 2018 by three friends with a vision to shake up the sport industry. We create performance socks and accessories for professional and everyday athletes around the world. YOUR MISSION

As a solid Communication Designer / Art Director, you are the creative cornerstone in the design team – shaping high-quality visuals across performance ads, brand campaigns and all customer touchpoints. You combine strong design thinking with a clear understanding of brand identity and performance-driven marketing.

  • Bring INCYLENCE brand to life across digital touchpoints (Meta paid ads, Instagram, newsletters, website and selling platforms)
  • Create high-performing creatives with strong visuals and clear messaging
  • Evolve and refine our visual identity and brand look & feel
  • Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to track campaign performance and continuously improve creatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong creative and design skills with a passion for visual storytelling (static and motion)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in communication design (ad agency, social media background)
  • A true team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion design (motion design is a must)
  • Excellent understanding of branding and visual identity
  • Curiosity and willingness to try new things
  • Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English
