Laura Philipp
Laura Philipp comes to triathlon relatively late. What follows is not overnight success, but hard, honest work over more than a decade. Every training stimulus is understood, every part of her environment optimized – together with the person who knows her best: her husband and coach Philipp Seipp. Two people working toward one goal. Meticulously. Without compromise. Day after day.
The result of this work is a level of consistency rarely seen in endurance sport. You can rely on Laura. In 2024, she crowns her career with the biggest title: Ironman World Champion. Add to that three Ironman European Championship titles, course records, and a marathon for the history books: 2:38:27 – the fastest marathon ever run within a long-distance race.
Train smart. have fun. kick ass.
But what truly defines Laura isn't just visible on the race course – it's visible on the path that leads there. Her energy is positive, direct, contagious. She shares her journey openly – the work just as much as the joy in it – and in doing so does something that goes beyond her own career: she motivates countless athletes to grow beyond themselves. She places long-term health above short-term success.
