We receive many messages with questions and feedback daily through our social media channels, emails, and personal contact. We've compiled a few frequently asked questions and are launching a new series: Frequently Asked Questions. As the saying goes: There are no stupid questions.

How big is your team?

The founding team consists of three sock-obsessed guys. We also bring in specialist experts as needed to strengthen our team. At trade fairs and in our behind-the-scenes work, we rely on a handful of dependable and motivated INCYLENCE friends.

How did you come up with the individual model names?

Mostly during a sunny bike ride, a run around the Alster lake or a good coffee - optionally, cold refreshing drinks also belong to the secret to success!

Will you be making more products soon?

We currently have a snapback cap and gift cards available in the shop, and more products are in the works. However, socks remain our core business. As for product expansion, we haven't made any final decisions yet and have a few exciting new additions in mind.

Do you do custom designs?

We basically have the capability and have already implemented it with Daniela Bleymehl , the Triathlon Crew Cologne, and the KAIFU LODGE. If the package is right, the partner is great, and our resources allow it: Why not? Get in touch!
